By the Bay Group is a Marketing Consulting Company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We pride ourselves on bridging the gap between outdated marketing tactics, and today’s online marketing strategies in order to best reach your target customer.
Our goal is two part:

Kristin spent the last 12 years as a marketer in the technology, PR, retail and influencer marketing industries, ultimately leaving the corporate world in order to pursue her dream of starting her own business helping local businesses thrive.
She’s had the opportunity to work with a wide range of small local businesses in varying industries. At times success for has meant getting a client new customers, retaining past customers, or building up a social following in order to better position the client’s company to be sold.
Kristin lives in Danville, CA with her husband, daughter, and dog Maddie. She enjoys leisurely hikes and entertaining family and friends over dinner.
